    Dosa is a simple dish made in many parts of south India. But ATlu for Atla Taddi Nomu is made with rice flour and not rice. Now lets see how to make Atlatadde Atlu by watching this video. Ingredients: Urad Dal or Minapappu - 1 cup Rice Flour – 3 cups Salt Recipe in English: Soak Urad Dal for 3 4 hours. Later grind them to a fine paste. Now to 1 cup of soaked Urad dal – we are supposed to mix 3 cup of rice flour. Now mix both of them well and adding salt to taste. The consistency of the batter should be like that of dosa batter.
