Recipe In English
Firstly slit the usirikai and keep them aside.
Heat the pan, add oil and fry usirikai well. Cover with lid and let them cook well.
Once they are cooked transfer them in bowl and let it cool well.
Once they are cool, add chilli powder ( for 10 usirikai – 1 med cup chilli powder) and mix well.
Next add approximately same quantity salt and add avapodi
Later add menthulu powder and 2 spoon tamarind pulp and mix well.
In a pan add oil and add tempering seeds and add it to the bowl.
Tasty avakai pachadi ready.
